DO YOU ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS?

Yes, we are accepting new patients.

WHAT INSURANCES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We participate with most insurances, except Kaiser. Please verify by calling your insurance company and giving them our Tax ID #030613620. You can also call us at 301-805-0006 or email us at contactus@primemedicinemd.com to see if we accept your insurance.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

Please call your insurance member services and change the name of your primary care provider to your new provider here. The insurance companies will take 24-48 hours to change the name of your primary care provider.

DO I NEED TO FILL OUT ANY FORMS BEFORE COMING IN?

Yes, please go to the section for forms on our website and print the forms pertaining to your status as a new patient, MVA claim, etc. Please fill out the forms and bring it with you to the office or email it to us at contactus@primemedicinemd.com

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Please either call us at 301-805-0006 or schedule an appointment online through our patient portal.

DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH SERVICES?

Yes, for the convenience of our patients during the COVID pandemic, we do offer telehealth visits.

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT? DO YOU OFFER WALK-IN CLINIC SERVICES?

We do not offer walk-in services; however, you may call to check for same-day appointments.

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT MY LAB RESULTS

Our providers will call you if your labs are abnormal. To access you labs online, please call us to give you access to our patient portal. You can click the "Sign In" button on our website to be redirected to our patient portal.

HOW DO I RENEW MY MEDICATION?

Please call our office and leave a message for the medication line with your name, date of birth, pharmacy phone number, and medications name. Please note that it takes 48-72 hours for our office to process your request.

COVID OR FLU SYMPTOMS?

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: cough, fever, diarrhea, vomiting, please do not come in. Please call us instead, and we will see you as a telehealth visit.

DO YOU CHARGE A FEE FOR FORMS?

Yes, there is a fee of $35 for forms that require the provider to complete. Please understand that the providers require time to complete the forms.
